Product description
The NCS Colourpin PRO is the professional colour meter from NCS Colour. Like the Colourpin II, it works with the NCS+ app on your phone (iOS or Android) via Bluetooth and shows the closest colour from the 2050 NCS standard colours. The difference lies in the way it measures.
The PRO measures with a sphere (d/0): the light comes from all directions and the specular gloss is included in the measurement. As a result, according to NCS, gloss has no influence on the measurement. A glossy door and a matt wall in the same paint therefore give the same result. NCS itself calls the PRO a colorimeter.
