Product description

The NCS Colour Scan 2.0 is a portable colour meter from NCS Colour that works on its own: you do not need a phone or app. You hold the device against a surface and read on the display which NCS standard colour is closest to the measured colour. As its reference, the device uses the NCS Index 2050.

What the Colour Scan 2.0 shows

  • the closest NCS standard colour
  • the lightness of the measured colour
  • RGB and CMYK values

Features

  • works without a phone or app, with its own display
  • stores up to 100 colours
  • built-in microphone for recording a spoken note with a measurement
  • menu in ten languages, including Dutch
  • rechargeable via USB
  • supplied with a protective case with wrist strap
  • weight 0.41 kg

Who is it for?

The Colour Scan 2.0 is intended for architects, painters, consultants and buyers who want to know quickly, on location, which NCS colour comes closest to a wall, facade, door or material.

A measurement is an approximation

The device gives the closest NCS standard colour. This is not necessarily exactly the measured colour: gloss, texture and small surfaces affect the result. That is why you should check the result with an original NCS colour sample next to the surface.
